Preserving Farm-to-Table

As a business we want to maintain a level of sustainability within our community, in the partnerships that we make and at the brewpub itself. To celebrate the beauty of what our community and partners have to offer, and to drink some damn good beer (in our opinion), we are offering a special 5 course tasting dinner on Tuesday, February 25th.

First Course: Seared herring with prosciutto and sage in a crawfish bisque.
Second Course: A sweet and rich pork belly in poached peach.
Third Course: Braised rabbit with duck bacon, topped with a CPB brew sauce along with a parsnip puree.
Fourth Course: Seared pheasant with crushed fig and maple bacon along with a beet and blueberry salad tossed with brown butter and maple mascarpone sauce.
Fifth Course: Chèvre and dark chocolate truffles with sweet raspberry preserve.

During dinner you’ll get to hear interesting insight on our brews from Badger Colish, the head brewer. As well as details on the food you’re tasting from Josh Anderson, the head chef.

Tickets are on sale now for $60, or $110 for a pair and won’t last long.
