Positioned North and overlooking Lake Superior, Canal Park Brewery is a modern brewpub and restaurant with a fresh take on eating and drinking well. We craft dishes to sustain the active people who buzz up and down the North and South shore of the region we love. It is our goal to use as many local and organic ingredients when creating a menu that reflects a new American standard of sustainability.

GREENS

Add grilled chicken, portabella, grilled fish, or sauteed shrimp for an additional charge.

BREW COMPANY COBB

Fresh grilled chicken, thick cut bacon, seasonal greens, hard-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar jack, avocado, red onion, and cucumber. Served with house made dijon vinaigrette.

ASIAN NOODLE SALAD

Korean beef, cabbage, carrot, jicama, cucumber, and rice noodles. Topped with wonton chips, sesame seeds, and green onions. Served with house made sesame dressing.

BLACK AND BLUE

Cajun blackened sirloin steak, seasonal greens, cherry tomatoes, amablu bleu cheese, and crispy onions. Topped with balsamic glaze.

BEET AND BERRY

Roasted red, striped, and golden beets, fresh berries, and seasonal greens tossed in a house made lemon basil vinaigrette. Topped with dried cranberries, and candied walnuts.

CAESAR

Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and croutons. Served with our house made caesar dressing.

PORK NACHOS

Tortilla chips topped with slow roasted mojo pork, house-made queso, and black bean salsa. Served with fresh salsa and sour cream.

WINGS

Bone-in wings, marinated and tossed in your choice of lemon garlic or sriracha honey. Served with house-made cucumber ranch.

THAI CURRY MUSSELS

Mussels steamed in curry, house-made pesto, coconut milk and sauteed garlic and shallots. Served with a spaccatelli loaf.

DUCK POUTINE

Fresh hand cut fries. Topped with confit duck, red wine demi, green onions, and cheese curds.

COCONUT SHRIMP

Hand breaded tempura coconut shrimp. Served with a side of sweet chili sauce.

LETTUCE WRAPS

Korean beef, cucumbers, red onion, and kimchi. Served with a side of bibb lettuce.

If we were going to have growler bags, we knew they had to be locally manufactured. That thought led us to the door step of Frost River, a soft goods manufacturer right here in Duluth. Their lead designer and craftsman went as far as to design a less expensive, tough as nails, nylon option for campus life here on the Northcoast.
