ERCOLE BIANCO DEL MONFERRATO 2024 (House) – Piedmont, Italy – A light bodied white blend of Cortese, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc that bursts with herbal aromas, savory minerality and flavors of fresh pear and green apple. Certified sustainable, organic and vegan.

I, Tre, Santi, Pinot Grigio. 2024. – Veneto, Italy – Light bodied, yet vibrant.  Flavors of green apple, lemon zest, and subtle mineral notes that add elegance and depth.

Galactica, Sauvignon Blanc. 2024. – Central Valley, Chile – This bright and fresh wine jumps out of the glass with hints of lemon, gooseberry, lavender, chamomile, sweet pear, and mint with some mineral notes on the finish. Certified Sustainable.

Domaine La Patience, Chardonnay. 2023. – Languedoc-Roussillon, France – Tart, fruity nose and dynamic mineral scents. The palate opens with crisp citrus and peach flavors that are boosted by vibrant acidity and heady minerality. Certified Organic.

Veuve Olivier, Brut. – Languedoc-Roussillon, France – This dry, sparkling white wine exudes elegance with fine bubbles, offering a delightful blend of fruity aromas such as grapefruit, pineapple, apple, and banana.

RED

ERCOLE, BARBERA DEL MONFERRATO 2022 (House)- Piedmont, Italy – Deliciously bright, medium-bodied and juicy. Aromas and flavors of fresh red cherries and black fruits laced with hints of brambly earth and savory herbs. As classic Italian as it gets with signature earth and spice. Fable Wines, Pinot Noir. 2023. – California, United States – A generous plummy nose. Medium-bodied with soft tannins. Dark red and purple fruits, spicy hibiscus, and cinnamon with a long finish. Sustainably farmed.

Herrison Rouge, Gamay Blend. 2024. Burgundy, France – Vibrant, fruit-forward red wine bursting with notes of ripe cherries, red currants, and a touch of spice. Medium-bodied and silky on the palate. Certified Organic.
