Weekly Features:

Shrimp Scampi over Linguine  

Succulent shrimp sautéed in a garlic butter sauce with a hint of white wine, fresh lemon, and fragrant herbs. Served over a bed of perfectly cooked linguine, this classic Italian dish offers a perfect balance of richness and zest. Each bite is a comforting and flavorful experience, topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Versatile appetizers made to share or enjoy as an entree

CPB Nachos

Tortilla chips topped with your choice of slow roasted pork, birria beef,or diced chicken. Topped with CPB queso and black bean corn salsa. Served with house-made pico and sour cream.

Wings

Wings tossed in your choice of BBQ, buffalo, lemon garlic, honey sriracha, dragon sauce, KC dry rub, szechuan, or nashville hot.

Pretzel

Three herb salt and buttered pretzel sticks with CPB queso. Add CPB Stoned Surf IPA Mustard.

Chicken Tenders

Hand-breaded fresh chicken tenders in our special blend of herbs and spices. Served with choice of sauce.

Cheese Curds

1/2 lb. Lightly breaded, fried and served with chipotle cream.

Crispy Brussel Sprouts

Sweet and spicy soy glazed with sauteed red peppers and scallions.

Dips

Berbere-spiced hummus, pimento cheese, and guacamole. Warm naan bread, crunchy tortilla chips, and an array of fresh crudités for dipping.

House Made Sauces: Chipotle Cream, Honey Mustard, Szechuan, Stoned Surf IPA Mustard, BBQ Sauce, Buffalo, Nashville Hot

Brew Company Cobb

Fresh greens, grilled chicken, bacon, hard-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, red onion and cucumber served with Dijon Vinaigrette. (Gluten Friendly)

Greek Salad

Fresh greens, feta cheese, pepperoncini, Kalamata olives, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and toasted chickpeas come together with Greek vinaigrette, all topped with naan croutons.

Northern Lights Powerbowl

Brown rice and kale power crunch tossed with sesame soy dressing and topped with a sautéed chicken breast and scallions. (Gluten Friendly)

Beer Cheese Soup

Made with our Northcoaster Light Lager, bacon and a three cheese blend. Topped with popcorn. Cup or Bowl.

Big Lake Cuban

Slow roasted pork, ham, swiss cheese, house pickles, IPA mustard, and Whiskey BBQ sauce on a toasted hoagie bun.

Canal Park Club

Premium roasted turkey, bacon, smoked gouda, lettuce, tomato, onion and lingonberry mayo served on sourdough bread.

Sweet & Spicy Chicken Wrap

Crispy chicken tossed in our house sweet and spicy sauce, wrapped in a grilled tortilla with lettuce, tomato, pickled red onion, and jalapeño bacon cream cheese.

CPB Nashville Hot Chicken

Crispy fried chicken dripping with Nashville Hot Sauce, CPB jicama slaw, house pickles and roasted garlic aioli on a sourdough bun.
