Positioned North and overlooking Lake Superior, Canal Park Brewery is a modern brewpub and restaurant with a fresh take on eating and drinking well. We craft dishes to sustain the active people who buzz up and down the North and South shore of the region we love. It is our goal to use as many local and organic ingredients when creating a menu that reflects a new American standard of sustainability.

BREW COMPANY COBB

Fresh grilled chicken, thick cut bacon, seasonal greens, hard-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar jack, avocado, red onion, and cucumber. Served with house-made dijon vinaigrette.

ASIAN NOODLE SALAD

Korean beef, cabbage, carrot, jicama, cucumber, and rice noodles. Topped with wonton chips, sesame seeds, and green onions. Served with house-made sesame dressing.

BLACK AND BLUE

Cajun blackened sirloin steak, seasonal greens, cherry tomatoes, AmaBlu blue cheese, and crispy onions. Topped with balsamic glaze.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH SALAD

Roasted butternut squash, seasonal beets, and greens. Tossed in a house-made maple vinaigrette. Topped with apples, craisins, candied walnuts, figs, red onion, and pumpkin seeds.

Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and croutons. Tossed in our house-made caesar dressing.

If we were going to have growler bags, we knew they had to be locally manufactured. That thought led us to the door step of Frost River, a soft goods manufacturer right here in Duluth. Their lead designer and craftsman went as far as to design a less expensive, tough as nails, nylon option for campus life here on the Northcoast.
